Stella Service from Nadine! In a world where exceptional customer service is a rarity, Nadine shines as a beacon of excellence at Pet Valu. Her passion, knowledge, and genuine care makes me want to return time and time again. Being a first time puppy owner everything she has recommended so far for my puppy Zeus works, and he absolutely loves and it has contributed to making my life easier and a better dog dad lol! There seem to be some newer staff here (maybe over the last 4-6 months?) who are absolutely wonderful. They clearly love pets. They were so willing to help when I had trouble carrying the XL box of raw food along with my two dogs. Special appreciation to Nelson and the woman with glasses and a love for sharing treats with my pups :) Their raw food prices are comparable to other pet shops in the city (and cheaper than the boutique ones), and they have a good selection of treats, bones and and big country raw products. Lastly, having a store nearby with the bath station is so helpful, especially as the snow starts to melt and things become muddy outside!

The person helping me out was one of the nicest people I’ve met In a pet store. Friendly, kind and really took time with me to make sure I got everything I needed. This was well stocked and made great use of space. Even though the later engraver was broken she made sure to tell me to be back on Friday when it would be fixed. Overall a fantastic experience

Diana was helpful in finding a tug toy fit for a strong bully. Recommending the place for the advice and variety of toys. Also, cute cats!

I cannot say enough great things about this store and the amazing people who run it. Diane, Natalie, and Mahi are nothing short of incredible! Their passion and love for animals has shined through in every interaction since day one and thanks to them, I rediscovered this exceptional brand and its amazing products. Love this pet valu! The staffs are so kind and sweet and the location is such a nice location. Combination of where tourist Would be and a breather away from the hectic mess on Yonge!

We have been loyal customers of this Pet Valu since it opened in 2022. The selection of quality products is excellent - we get all our pup's food, treats, toys and grooming products here. The staff are helpful, friendly, and huge pet lovers - after only a couple visits they'll welcome you and your pet like you're old friends. We enjoy visiting the store in person a few times per week - either for restocking essentials or picking up odds and ends. Definitely worth checking out and/or making it your regular stop.
